  • * Post Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Adelaide
  • * Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Australian College of Applied Professions

Maria has collaborated with Safe Pets Safe Families, Anglicare, the Red Cross, and Mariposa Trails. She has worked extensively with individuals facing homelessness, migrants, and refugees, and she is trauma- and grief-informed.

Elise brings a unique blend of therapies to her practice. With a background in Christian Counselling, Alcohol and other drug work, Counselling and Psychotherapy, as well as extensive training in art, business, and equine disciplines, she’s committed to providing holistic support.
Currently finalising her Masterโ€™s in Counselling and Psychotherapy, Elise specialises in person-centered therapy, incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma, and grief-informed practices.
Her approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth.
